Ranger Essentials is a one-day fun, interactive-style training event. You will learn how to connect with today’s boys, along with recognizing ministry needs and outreach opportunities. You will discover how to give life-changing devotions and how to mentor boys and young men into spiritual leaders. The Ranger Essentials Leadership Training Course goes toward the "READY" segment of your OLAL patch (Ready, Safety, Trained, Advanced).

Bring your updated Royal Rangers Leaders Manual, this is your text book for this training course. Make sure you have the complete Leader’s Manual (Only half of the book comes from My Healthy Church when you purchase it, the other half you will have to download and print from TraCclub.)
